Extra Credit: a song that means a lot to me

 Bye-bye is one of my favorite songs, which is one of the most popular songs by MARIAH CAREY, it means a lot to me.  The lyrics are very moving and a little bit sad. It tells us don’t feel so sad with the family members, friends or other people who left us because they always live in our heart. This song allowing ourselves to go through the grief process helps us to adapt and get on with life. I still remember the sadness time, which is graduated from high school, and go to U.S to study. At that time, I miss my family, I miss all my friends, I couldn’t see them everyday anymore. It’s really a hard time, and after I listened to this song, I could have the same feeling with the singer. And it’s a song that encourages me to get through the sadness time without the family and friends.

Gender war

After read the article ‘Sex is Cheaper’, I have the same feeling that the sex is really cheap. Nowadays, we could see more and more Sex happened in college. I even don’t know why this will happen. Before I read the article, I think the main reason would be that people are more open than before. However I was wrong. The author told us the real reason for the more and more sex happened in college is that the population of the women is more than the men in college. According to the research, the oversupply of the women will leads to the cheaper price of the woman, so the sex is cheaper. To the contrary, the oversupply of the man will make sex happened less.

My Generation

Who were born after 1990s,people call those after 90s’. They have much phenomenon in common. First of all, in China, most of them are the only child in their families. Besides, they hardly go through a hard time or suffer poverty. That causes some problems, which attract people’s great concerns. Some people suppose that After 90s’ don’t have a good value or behavior. They care much about themselves but less about others or society. They ask for much and give less. What’s more, adult think after 90s’ are not independent. They rely on their parents a great deal. Being adults, some of them cannot even look after themselves however, others hold a viewpoint that after 90s’ have some good aspects too. They are well educated and have a good command of professional knowledge. They are not afraid of difficulties. On the contrary, they can face all kinds of challenges. Meanwhile, after 90s’ are energetic and smart. They have the ability to undertake the social responsibilities. However, to be one of 1990th, people want to know more about the environment around them. They have independent and new ideas, also they have ability to  challenge new things.

spring break

According to the Wikimedia Spring break (also known as March break, study week, reading week or the Easter holidays in the United Kingdom and some parts of Canada) is a recess in early spring at universities and schools in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and other countries. Time flies fast, spring break is coming. We six go to Los Angeles for 5 days, when we arrived to the Los Angeles at night of 9 o’clock, it is different from Miami, the high-rise buildings in Los Angeles have attracted our eyes, and our hotel is living in the Avenue of Stars nearby. The first day, we rented gmc’s van to go to Beverly Hills; we drove to the top of the hill to see the Hollywood of the characters. After that, we drove to the Griffith park, until evening, we went to Santa Monica Sunset Boulevard. The second day, we went to universal studio, we took a tram and saw the film to know how the car explosion, how the sunny sudden rain accompanied by the thunder and lightning, a group photos had been taken with Shrek, seen a 3D movie which is called Time Bandits, and went to Haunted House. The third day, we went to China town to eat Chinese food, Many Chinese food is authentic in China town, Los Angeles. The taste is almost similar, after that we the do foot mount. The firth day we go to Disney Land, we took a photo with Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, and bought a lot of funny things, night after that we went to China Town to eat Chinese food. The last day we went to Walk of Fame and the Kodak Theater. The 5 days had very fulfilling and happy.

The better sugar diet we have, the healthier life we live

When you hear the word Sugar, what is your first thought in your mind? I guess most of the answers should be ‘sweet and happiness, energy, naive children or the colorful fairy tale etc.’ As we got the sugar as the prize every time we did the right things when we were children and the sugar is always the major part in the big event or on the festival, we keep thinking that sugar stands for the good things. However, let’s carefully think about if it means we can overdose sugar? And if there is any harmful when we eat so much sugar? Nowadays more and more hyperglycemia and obesity happened to people and some of them are even very young. The both diseases mentioned can influence the health for a long time and are hard to cure, especially hyperglycemia. Then the question is how to effectively control the quantity of the intake of sugar? Hence my opinion is that the government should provide the aid to maintain the suitable intake of sugar each day and make people realize the harmful from the sugar overdose.

Firstly the government can regulate that some food included high sugar should be labeled some warns like ‘do not eat over ‘XX’, ‘no for hyperglycemia’ and ‘suggest to avoid eating at the night’. These kinds of labels would be very helpful to give people’s idea to have a healthy diet habit. Even sometimes people feel greedy and are ready to open the sugar pack; they might stop to do it when they see the apparent labels. Secondly, the government can play the public advertisement to show the necessary of the control of the sugar on TV and in the public places. The advertisement can be played by some stars to make the influence more effective and attractive. The last but not the least the government can set a special day just for the control of the intake of sugar, which will make people, pay more attention on it.

Sugar is one of the most elements in our body, but which does not mean we can eat it a lot. Sugar stands of the happiness and make us have good mood, but we still need to control eating it. When we get the balance of eating sugar, then we will have a healthier, happier and better quality life.

Blog

Blog is a personal journal published on the website. In generally, blog is a personal space to share things with your friends even strangers. Meanwhile, when you got something terrible, you could post it on the blog, and reader will help you. That is to say, you can express yourself on the blog. Two years ago, when I was in junior high school, most of classmates had their own blogs. After that, I created my first online blog and have posted several my personal daily and funny things. I think blog can make our leisure time more funny and colorful. For example, if you have met some private things which you do not want to tell your parents in person or you do not want to tell your friend face to face, you can post it on your blog. The advantage of writing a blog is that you can post your blog without writing your name and no one knows who you are. On the other hand, you can share your sadness with strangers. Also strangers will leave comments on your blog. You will feel better when say the bad things out.

about V-day

like the song says “what the world needs now , is love sweet love”
It is sucks when u r single , but it is a day to show off when u r in a relationship. And also it is a good way to let the person u care for know how u care about them. I don’t hate the valentine’s day,when u r lucky enough to have find the one u want to spend the rest of ur life,for me everyday is valentine’s day. u should everyday be thankful for the one u love, not just for the valentine’s day.
